Allows the door to rise slightly when opened, perfect for clearing thick carpet. Consisting of two parts; a leaf with a spiral knuckle and pivot pin that is fixed to the door frame and a leaf and barrel fixed to the door. As the door is opened the leaf fitted to the door rides up the spiral knuckle raising the door as it opens.
